Ricoh 2238C Scan issues

Have a Ricoh 2238C with scanning issues.
The machine is printing from workstations but no luck w/ scanning.
Was scanning just fine until yesterday.
Help!

Get in first and blame IT Dept, as they will blame your machine.

Failing that find out if IT have been messing around with firewall or changed something.

Please clarify which type scanning (i.e. scan-to-mail, scan-to-folder, scan-to-ftp).

If scanning to email check to make sure the DNS programmed in the copier is the same as that from one of the workstations, sometimes these change without notice and as such the machine fails to route to the mail server.

If scanning to folder: is the folder on each individual workstation or on a server? Maybe if on a server there login creds have been changed/updated. Possible, even, is the path could have been changed, although that's unlikely.

If scanning to ftp: use your imagination!! Actually, most likely the same would apply here as it does to scanning to folder albeit slightly different.

Just a couple things to think about.

P.S. Check the system log in the WIM to see if it says what failed in the transmission of the data.
