    Estudio 20 network setup

    Hello all,

Ok heres my deal, I have a estudio 20 and I have it networked through a router, but I have no clue how to get the pc's to see it. I've tried installing the drivers off of www.copiers.toshiba.com but while running the setup it looks for the printer on the network but doesn't see it. Im stumped. Also i've tried to connect manually and it asks for user name and password, I've entered 123456, 12345, password, and blank and nothing. So now what?

I don't believe that this machine can be seen accross the network using "My Network Places" unlike that newer Toshiba devices.

As far as the print driver is concerned, install the print driver using the "Add Printer" wizard and create a new port pointing to the IP address of the copier. Sounds like the driver that you downloaded might be trying to do an SNMP discovery of all Toshiba devices and is failing because SNMP has been disabled or something like that.

I believe that the password for the web interface is "sysadm" without the quotations.
Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.
