Got a strange one ... installed MPC 5000 on 4 Vista pcs.
First one worked , second, third and fourth wont print...
All connected through a bt router, mfp dhcp to get adress details then fixed outside of harms way (pc's at 192.168.1.2 - 5 and mfp on 50)
A little more detail. added tcp/ip port on first pc comes back saying ricoh network card, but other pcs all say unknown device. With my laptop plugged into there router, my laptop can print... also the pcs that cant print all see the copier in IE or Firefox and can ping, tried turning firewall off... also tried printing with smart device monitor and lpr ,
Am i going silly in my old age ?
