New to Papercut. Customer is trying out Papercut. When they have Papercut enabled, they enter the user number into driver, but it prints only in B/W. Color does not print. The drivers say it printed, but it does not. Similar to Sharp B/W user codes and someone tries to print color, it goes through the steps but does not print. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Make sure the copier's User Control is turned off; or turn off Disable Printing by Invalid User. -

need to see if control of printing has color enable. then check user # and make sure they have permission to print color.Comment
