i have the problem when i want to print the printer configuration from Di-650 with Pi-6500e on the display appear sc-56-04,

i have Di 650 without printer controller, then i want to install Pi 6500e but on the display printer controller not detected, is it any adjusment should i do?

Communication problem between the Pi6500e and the Di650. Check the connection between the controller interface board and the machine image control board.
