    Hi All,

    I ran into an issue where scan to email fails on Exchange2007. All these models were working fine with Exchange 2000. I was wondering if there is a firmware that needs to be updated. Everytime when i scan, it'll print out a error page with this result ( EA01A5). If you guys ever ran into one of these, please help me...

    Is this a new set up or was it working before but here is the reason for code below and try to ping the SMTP server and check for reply but problem could basic.Make sure user authentication is not blocking your scans from being sent to its desired destination.

    was attempted to an
    incorrect destination address.
    Check that the LAN cable is properly
    connected, that the SMTP server can
    communicate, that the network settings
    such as the subnet mask are correct,
    and that the destination e-mail address
    is correct. Refer to page 2-20.
