I had an issue where a user was logged into two accounts on windows... he did a switch between the two accounts...
the scan software had two instances... one in each account running... for convenience first instance is account a and second instance is account b... account a had full functionality of software... for account b there was limited functionality... software looked like it was broken... so all scans all popups showed up in account A but nothing showed up where the user was currently logged in... Account B...
my question is it possible via windows settings to have both instances fully functional or is the limited functionality in one user account a feature...
and when I did reinstall there was no request to limit functionality to one user or give full access to all users on pc...
