    Meter Read and Billing Software

Looking for an affordable Copier and MPS billing and tracking software. I support various manufacturers.
Ricoh, Copystar/Kyocera, HP, Canon, Brother etc.

Keeping tracking of monthly/quarterly billing for overages, rentals and leases is not working out well in Quickbooks. I am using printfleet already but the invoice/billing part need some serious help.

Looking at Ontrack Ontrack Copier and MPS Software - Jobtrak (but not really heard about them) "if you have used Ontrack please let me know your thoughts"
    ECI $$$$
    Miracle Service $$$$

Open to any advice and options.

    TIA

You may want to look at Papercut. Many of our customers use it. It will integrate with Quickbooks and has excellent reporting capabilities.

We use FM Audit plays well off ECI and use KFS for kyocera. FM audit is less per machine then KFS

FM Audit is probably the easiest way to go, links with Xero or other accounting packages, will deal with lots of different brands just need to load software on customers network,
A lot of brands will email out a meter reading when configured, but as data is different between brands this makes automating the process difficult, I just have one brand on click, and this is how I do it the email arrives with a CSV file attached and I've written some software to pull it in to a database and export to Xero for billing. I had someone doing this manually untill I got to 100 about machines. Only took her half a day

I know it can be quite frustrating dealing with bills. For my own small venture, I used to handle them by self. But eventually, I reached a point when my business grew, and so did the workload regarding billing issues. I decided to use some kind of software to help me with that. So, what I would recommend is this automated billing software.

Does anyone know of a good tracking and billing software. We get all the meter reads using RICOH's built in @Remote but we are currently tracking the monthly/quarterly differences using spreadsheets which is very time consuming.

Thanks BSM2 but I've already googled that and we are a papercut dealer, I've seen FM Audit, RICOH already has that built in, none of these are quite what I'm looking for. Not sure about print fleet I'm looking into that now. I just need something simple that allows me to track customers, devices, and monthly meter reads with cost. Papercut does some of this but that's really for a customer not a dealer. Over 100 machines is a bit of a pain to run through spreadsheets. THanks for any thoughts or ideas.

This is what I'm using: Best Field Service Software | Field Force Tracker

They make software for many different types of business. They make one specifically for the copier business. Just click in the "industry tab" and you'll see the one that you need. This is a cloud based program.

It meets our needs too, and is quite inexpensive. As a small company, we don't use all the available features just contract meter monthly billing, supplies tracking and inventory management.
