Xerox Dc 252 web application not open up

    Xerox Dc 252 web application not open up

    I have dc 252 with built in controller. The problem is when I tap on web application the whole screen become white for a minute and give error cannot connect to server.
    Fiery is good and working on another machine 252.
    May be I'm missing some nvm or system setting on my machine.

      sounds like you haven't configured Network scheme properly,

      or you aren't logged in as ADMIN.

          If you can let me know which network scheme I am missing.
          I don't think I need to login as admin for web application

              MAN i HAVE NO CLUE.....

              most networks ARE NOT THE SAME!

              get your IT to handle it.

              and YES if you are making system changes you have to log in as ADMIN...

              clearly you are an end user.. if you are .. KEEP your hands off.. get someone who knows what the hell they are doing!.

                      Just check crossover cable between machine and fiery
