      The e181 was discontinued long ago and is officially no longer supported by Toshiba Tec Japan.

      How is the e181 connected to the PC? Via USB or network cable? Is the GA1190 print kit installed?

      You can try and download the latest driver from Toshiba | Business to Business Integrated Solutions under support but you will find nothing.

      The e195 is similar and you can try downloading the print driver for it.
