Depends on the make/model. What brand of copier and make is this?

Look at the corners of the touch panel, some have a little Fiery icon, some have an arrow -->, some have an i. If its not on the touch panel some have a printer key. When you see printer status, look for print pages and in that menu you will see config page.

        Thanks KopyKat!
I tried using this PS file to no avail. I select File< Import< password.ps
        Click "Add"
For logical printer I select "35C-KM Direct"
        Click "Import"

It spools to the printer, but nothing ever prints.
        Am I missing something?
JCarpenter...Some Fiery models may not work. You might be able to source something from EFI for that one.

You are in the correct spot. Yeah... it just might not work on that model.
Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

Your original problem is unable to print? Just spools and disappears but nothing comes out? Typically that is printing to the wrong port or missing PDL (using PCL instead of PS).

You should be able to print a config sheet from there. Look in the websetup or config or more config. If you can't login as admin login as guest with no password.

              Works like this:
Unzip the file...it will be a PostScrit file.
With Command Workstation Or Fiery Downloader send this file via the DIRECT Queue.
The Fiery will then print one sheet with the admin password. Beats the heck out of reloading system software.

Hope it helps someone in a pinch. As far as I know it works with all models past and present.

I got the MD5 but can't find anything that will decrypt it.

I have an unrelated issue to Fiery. Got an ir c5870 DADF goes dead to remove jam when your press start. Open cover on DADF, no paper, close top lid, still says jam present.

Checked feeder in service mode and sen check, motor check, rollers, etc etc all come out OK!

Removed black plastic cover checked connection to sensor was a few pieces of paper under there removed them reseated black plastic - still goes to paper jam in feeder. Have to reboot copier to get rid of jam message but goes right to jam when you try to feed.

                    Any advice appreicated!

                                Thanks for the work around!

Not quite sure what is meant with this line though, "With Command Workstation Or Fiery Downloader send this file via the DIRECT Queue", an further explanation would be much appreciated.
