Canon IR-Adv 5535ii Scangear Color Network 2 switch scanning easy between 2 copiers

I have an office that has two ir-Adv 5535ii in two differnt buildings. I have people that move between the two with laptops.
Is there anyway to easily switch between the copiers for scanning? Can I use a script to change the two scanners IP? It would of been nice if NCSGv2 would of kept a copier list and not have to search each time.
Any thought to this?
