I have a customer running an e7000 on a Ricoh MPC4500. The Fiery will lock up and have to be rebooted once or twice a day. It will start to process a file, and just hang. It doesn't seem to marrer how big the file it is printing is. We reloaded the system software and it didn't help. I'm thinking maybe it is bad RAM or HDD, but hate to shotgun. Does anyone have any ideas?

Have you updated it with all the patches as well? I think there is 20 or so patches for this one already.the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.Samir: No, not again.
