    "Encryption Credentials Expired" on Ricoh printer

    Hi folks, ran into an issue today where the Mac's at a customers site was giving a "Encryption Credentials Expired" error every time they tried to print. Ended up being that the self signed device certificate on the Ricoh expired, it was exactly a year ago to the day that the unit was installed (I thought the default for self signed was 5 years but I digress). Seems to be related to selecting Airprint Secure as the driver when adding the printer. More of an FYI if anyone else runs into this issue as when I looked it up on google I only got results mentioning HP machines.

    Solution is either switching the driver to the official Ricoh one or if the customer wants to keep using Secure Airprint just create another device certificate:
