    Separate standalone scanner, Fujitsu?

Guys I read in the past in this panel about Fujitsu scanners. For an Attorney's office we need a relatively fast scanner with if possible Dualscan and also software to ignore blank pages. LAN connection is a must. Are there other and/or better standalone scanners than Fujitsu? Any suggestions please?

(Posting this in "Connectivity" since I didn't find a more proper place )

    Thanks

You can get true network scanners (ethernet) but they are typically less robust than a USB scanner. Canon DRG series of scanners have bundled software that allows duplex scanning (single pass) and blank page skip as well as OCR, Bar Code scanning, etc. The newest DRG scanners now support USB 3.0. Fujitsu also makes some pretty good scanners (low-mid volume) as well. Canon U.S.A., Inc. _ Scan Kiosk II Network Adapter.pdf
