RICOH 3260C

I am trying to download Twain drivers for this product from Ricoh site but a fault message : 'Italian operating systems do not support this file" appears when i open "SETUP.EXE" file. And i can do nothing furthermore. I have a customer who desperately whants this application.
It will be very helpfull for me if someone who have Twain drivers from an installed 3260C (installation cd for ex.) could post this file.

Thanks a lot for your response 'imind' but it doesn't work! Just the same message again, from any Ricoh-family-site! (You can give it a try..)
I would prefer it from someones CD's library-maybe yours!!!

English version is what i want, not the Italian!
I will try another language now...who knows

I also downloaded the file for German and Portuguese language, nothing at all. It is the same file for all countries. A friend just tried from another city, no effect. So, i don't think PC settings could be the reason.

My version is also Windows XP pro, you said your error was, Italian version does not support this program, thats why I told you to download that version, when I tried to install the english version got the same message, XXXXXXX does not support this program, then downloaded the XXXXXXX file and it install perfectly, for personal reasons I can not say the language, but all I can say is my windows is english and the only diference is the keyboard settings, so all I can say is I downloaded it, installed it and it installed.
