Auto print redirect question

    Auto print redirect question

    Have a customer that has a critical PDF document they print every night and they are looking for solution that if that printer fails it will automatically redirect the print job to another printer. Anyone have a recommended solution out there? Thanks for any ideas

    Assuming that MPS solutions like Papercut and Safeq are not an option here.
    I'm not aware of anything that may help you - being vendor agnostic, software or OS available which makes me very interested in this thread.

      Sounds like printer pooling in Windows would be a good option for this.
