two network in one office want to use airprint

Hi, today one customer call the copier can't use airprint , the copier support airprint and the function is on,I found that the copier connected gateway is 192.168.10.1 and the wifi network their phone connected to gateway is 192.168.1.1 ,so airprint can't find the copier, is there any method or network setting can made both network use the copier for printing ?thanks a lot

If they have a wired and a wireless connection on the copier, then you can set up one connection for wired and one for wireless. I do this all the time.

As Kuby suggested if the machine has the capability of using a wired connection and a wireless connection, you can set it up that way. If not, the other alternative is to bridge the two networks, but you do not indicate what type of network the machine is on? Is there a sever involved? Bridging networks can have security concerns as you are allowing devices on the separate networks to now interact with each other. Does the customer have an IT dept.? They should be able to determine if they want wifi devices on the network, there are many that do not want this, hence the separation of the wifi network from the wired network. What machine model are you working on any way? Makes a difference.

Most WiFi routers can provide 2 wireless networks with different SSID, access codes, DHCP and IP subnet. One uses the same subnet as the company's wired network and is for employees that they cannot get to with a wired connection or outside sale and service personnel who need to connect quickly and print reports. The other is for guests who need internet access only.
