    Office365 inbox question

Ive setup multiple customer copiers to email me things like total counters and error occurrences.

As you can imagine i get a ton of them so i set up Rules in outlook to put them in folders for each individual customer.

if i log in with https://outlook.office.com/mail/ I can see them and it works as expected but if on my phone using the Office365 app and go to that folder it says "Nothing in [folder name]"

Im wondering if its because we migrated from local exchange server to office365

On your phone does these folders are setup to sync?
A tree is known by its fruit, a man by his deeds. A good deed is never lost, he who sows courtesy, reaps friendship, and he who plants kindness gathers love.
Blessed are they who can laugh at themselves, for they shall never cease to be amused.

The Office app and Outlook on mobile can both take time to sync the contents of any folders the first time you open them. I have close to 80 rules set and the folders show the emails in them, though I generally use a different email app for my primary Exchange account as it offers alerts for folders beyond just the Inbox.

Any difference using Outlook on the phone instead of checking mail through the 365 app?
