Canon C750 TCP error

Hi,

Need help,
I have Canon C750 with Fiery E200-07 (G100) giving meTCP error.
I'm not able to connect on the fiery.
Im affraid it can be a software.

Can any one guide me how to restore it.

Which of the RJ-45 ports is the network cable connected to?

Network connectivity is supported only through the upper RJ-45 port on the FC integrated server
connector panel. The lower port is not used.

yes the lower port is conneceted to the machine
and the upper port is for the network
