Guys, did I ever tell that I HATE MS-Office-365?

Customer has Office-365. The MFP is a BH-C-284e with LCC and is marked as Standard Printer in W11.

Cassette # 1 carries A3 size, Cassette # 2 has A4 marked as “Letterhead”, the LCC cassette #3 has A4 plain paper and is configured as the standard port in the machine as well as in its driver in W11.

Customer can print from Word-365 and Excel-365 directly to the MFP standard port # 3 without any interaction. However, Outlook-365 within the same Office-365 suite prints always on cassette # 2 loaded with the letterhead paper regardless of any adjustments before printing.

I can not find any adjustment in Outlook-365 to force the e-mail prints to come out of cassette #3. Cannot find either adjustments for paper size and/or printer. It is not as usually in Word, where one can adjust this with Start>Layout>PaperSettings>Paper>StandardPort.
What am I overlooking? Any help please?

    Hey Hans.

In the Print menu from the File menu in Outlook.

Do you not have a 'print options' button to click on?

not sure what size paper "letterhead" is, however from experience, emails/email attachments seem to want to print on 8.5"x11", have you turned on "A4/A3-Ltr/Lgr" in printer settings, go to "Utility", "User settings", "Printer settings", "Basic setting" then scroll down until you see it.
Tip for the day; Treat every problem as your dog would.....If you cant eat it or f*ck it....then p*ss on it & walk away...

        Solved:
Open Mail, under Print > Define print formats >Memo format and then define the tray in the Paper tab did the trick.
Thanks guys, but I still hate Outlook.......

MS365 created a massive upgrade cycle in the purchase of more powerful PCs and Apple products. This in turn forced an upgrade cycle in copiers that are required to scan to the world's #1 cloud site used by well over 65% of all businesses.

You can hate MS365 but the world has massively migrated to this office productivity platform. It is never in the rest of your copier career going away.

It's not me, but customers being told by their IT that they “need” this. But when there are problems, they come to me and ask for help. Depending on the relation with that customer, I'll try to help 😁

I use FF directly after since Netscape disappeared, and TB from the first day it started.

The Netscape name and URL were purchased by AOL. The engineers however had already obtained the right to the software and formed Mozilla. AOL didn't care since they really only wanted the email accounts.

The one thing I miss from the Netscape version of the software was the Single Sign In feature.
