Word 2019, double sided printing. What do I do wrong??

BH-C-284e paper with logo face up in drawer #2,
    Windows 11,
    Office Word2019

Customer has letterhead paper (Logo preprinted on one side of the sheet) in cassette drawer #2 with the logo faces up.
With both W10 drivers PCL6 driver (5.4.0.0 DE) and PostScript driver (5.1.2.0 DE) as well showing the effect that when printing double-sided prints come out as follows:

-Page one the text is printed on the (wrong) back side of the first sheet, NOT the front side with the logo as expected
-Page two the text is printed on the (wrong) front side of the first sheet, where the logo is, NOT the back side without logo as it should be.
-Page three the text is printed on the (right) front side of the sheet, where the logo is.

Any idea please how to solve this?

    Hans

Sounds normal to me. When printing duplex with 2 or more sheets, the back side of each duplex sheet is printed first. That way the pages of the document exit to the receiving in the correct order.

A solution is from Word instead of just clicking the Print Icon, use File - Print and changes Pages for All to 2,1,3

For Sharp, you need to put the face down for pre-printed and letter head, and select the right paper type on the copier and on the driver.
