      Not Windows hate. Windows is an OS and therefore has no emotions. It appears to be the Microsoft engineers that hate MFPs.

          Or it's going to take a lot of re-engineering to create a new spooler process instead of just bolting fixes onto a nearly 30 year old subsystem.
