Has anyone else ran into this issue recently? We install a DCA on a clients PC or server, the service will run and report for a few weeks on average, and then the service stops. If you go into Services and find the DCA service, it shows that it is stopped. If you try to start or restart the service, it will immediately stop again. Any PC that this occurs on will then be unable to install a new DCA, even after the old DCA is properly removed and reset online. When we checked with ECi, they said they have not seen this issue yet, so I was curious if anyone else has had similar issues.
