Fujitsu Fi-6110 not being recognized by W11

Customer has a freshly installed W11, but his previously under W10 working Fujitsu Fi-6110 scanner is now not being recognized by W11.
Usual install procedure as well as all known tricks have been tried.

    Any ideas please?

Check that the Fujitsu Fi-6110 is not using a protocol that is not supported by Windows 11, such as an SMB version prior to V2. Also check that the new computer's malware software hasn't blocked the Fujitsu Fi-6110. McAfee has a history of doing just that. First time a scan is attempted a message box will popup asking if you want to allow. It has a time out and will default to "Block" if the user takes too long getting back to the computer.

Just realized that the scanner is connected via USB, not TCP/IP.

They need to install the necessary TWAIN or WIA USB driver from Fujitsu.

Make sure the new device isn't ARM based. If it is, the customer is out of luck as there are no ARM drivers. Otherwise, here is the download page for the Windows 10 software: https://www.pfu.ricoh.com/global/sca...0-fi-6110.html
