Riso GD7330 O365 Scans going to Junk Folder

    Hi All

I'm hoping you can assist me with a scan to email issue on a Riso GD7330 device. The customer has just changed email provider to Office365. The customer has a multi fleet environment and to begin with all scans from all MFD's was being delivered to the junk folder.

To get around this issue on the other MFD's (Sharp & Lexmark) I put the reply email address in <>, eg <scans@customer.org> with in the devices web browser. This fixed the problem on all the MFD's apart from the Riso.

When I tried this on the Riso it wouldn't accept it as a valid email address so I couldn't save it on the Riso web browser

Has anyone else come across this issue before & know of a workaround/fix?

Any help will be gratefully appreciated

    Thank You

Are all of the machines are using a licensed address or group email within their 365 tenant? Creating a fake email with the company domain will often get flagged just from the bui

Not quite sure how old of a machine the Riso is, but it may be a good step to make sure any firmware is up to date as well.
