    Ricoh Media Management Tool questions

Has anyone configured this before? Ricoh hasn't been much help. Copier will need a certificate from a CA. Anyone guide me in the right direction on this? A self signed certificate didn't work for me.
    I've proved mathematics wrong. 1 + 1 doesn't always equal 2.........

Re: Ricoh Media Management Tool questions

You need to export a certificate from your browser to your computer HDD and the use WIM to import it back into the Ricoh as a Site Certificate. Attached is an old Knowledge Base document that describes the process. Exact steps for the browsers have changed over the years but it will give you as general idea. How do I setup SMTP over SSL on a Ricoh Family group device.pdf
