    Global Scan NX [Ricoh, Savin, Lanier]

    Is anyone out there successfully using this product from Ricoh? I'm having some issue with the "serverless" installation and the app just hangs in "suspend" status on the MFD.

    Error:
    Profile Configuration Information Cannot be found.

    Java is at 2.14

    please give me more details such as what 's version of global scan nx .did you active the app which installed

    on vm card .if you actived it .the status would be blue light ( use remote manager to active )

      Sounds like you have licensed and installed the app on the device correctly. You just need to create your profile and then push it down to the MFP.
