Just had a bit of a google - Seems it was called Downloader5, at least for the version 5.something releases, if of course we're thinking about the same thing
Don't trust the download links of any websites that bring it up as there are a ton of ads disguising as download links
I've never used this program but from what little information I've read it sounds handy
