Connecting Ricoh MP C2003 - have IP address but won't print

    Hi All

    I need help!

I have just got the above photocopier to replace an old canon that worked perfectly on my network ..... but this .... no dice.

I have attached it to my sky router via lan cable and it has been assigned in IP address. I can access the monitor page through the ip address on my mac and I've set it up as a new printer on that mac that is shared on the network.

I can't print from the mac tho as each document that arrives at the photocopier say 'printing' and then I get a message saying printing has failed.

None of my colleagues ipads or iphones have it coming up as an available printer, despite the airprint function looking like its switched on.

Can anyone assist .... this has been given as a replacement for the broken canon but so far it's not working any better.

I'm hoping its just a settings thing ..... but I'm at a loss where to start.

    Many thanks in advance.

    Ruth
