    ScanRouter V2 filename question

We have multiple Ricoh copiers set up to scan to destinations on the PC running ScanRouter V2 (2.0.6.0). The filenames for these scanned images are similar to "_0415163909_001.pdf". Does anyone know of a means to eliminate the leading "_" as it confuses our Doc Mgmt software when we try to drop the scanned images in to it.

    Thanks in advance.

It's a time and date of when it was scanned. Looks like the example was scanned at 04:15:16 on 3-9-09. I don't think this can be changed, but if it can be I assume it's in the Scan Router software on the host machine.

      Thanks for the reply!

I have searched the software as well as the copiers. It doesn't appear that much of the ScanRouter software is registry driven. This setting is likley buried in one of the .INI files in the program folder. Was hoping someone had been down this road before....
