Ricoh IM Cxx00 all network related settings missing after failed firmware update

hi, soo part of my job is to test and erase data from used parts (controllers, displays...) and i was verifying a shipment of im c displays from china when i noticed that on half of them address book doesnt work, i was able to fix it on one display by updating firmware of the machine via utility from ricoh, it only worked once so then i started exploring other ways to update the firmware and during this (during fw update via web panel) something went wrong and when the machine recovered it lost ALL network settings, there is no "Interface settings" tab in system settings! i tried reloading fw thru sd card in the display but it didint do anything.

1.later i was able to test all displays on a different machine without need to update fw all the time but this one that lost network settings is still broken and im curious if any of you ever witnessed something like this happen, have you found any solutions to this? (all resets - memory clear, hdd, ucs settings, "erase all memory" - nothing works)

Use SP5-992-005 Diagnostic Report and Use SP5-992-006 Non-Default to export to SD card and post the reports here so we can see them. Better yet post them and your problem in https://www.copytechnet.com/forums/r...tetner-lanier/ Your problem is a Ricoh problem not a Connectivity problem. Not all Ricoh techs follow Connectivity.
