Has anyone connected a bizhub 282 on a 2003 server. The account has full access r/w on folder. We could scan to a local XP with the AD account we created for the folders. Another C451 can scan to the server with no problems.

Check your firewall and verify the correct port is open and see if you need to add an exception for the device. I always opt for FTP with the FileZilla server instead of SMB. It's much more stable and reliable. -
Go to the web interface and then network then SMB and make sure that the NTLM version is v2 or v1/v2.Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.Comment
