Office365 Scan to Email C5250 setting

anyone have a detailed guide on setting up a C5250 machine (fw v54.58)
to use office 365 account with *app password*.

    Office 365 Primary Server: smtp.office365.com
    Port: 587
    Secure Socket Layer: On
    Reply E-mail Address: [Username]@[DomainName].com
    SMTP Auth: ON
    Username: [Username]@[DomainName].com
    Password: [Password]

network test using GMAIL with port 587 is working flawlessly.

once I shift to Office 365 accounts, it will prompt *SMTP Authentication Error*
app password is copy-pasted to prevent typo error.

    would appreciate any tips.

Make sure the user has the SMTP AUTH enabled:

Enable or disable SMTP AUTH in Exchange Online | Microsoft Learn

Copy-Paste can create as many if not more errors than typing. Primary because most people do not proof read their copy-paste.
