Ricoh tray selection problem with Macros

I have a customer which is reporting intermittant printing problems. They have a whole range of Ricoh devices but the only model types that are causing problems are the MP6000 and MP7000 range. They use the latest PS driver and have the latest firmware. The users are printing from Office 2006 with a complex macro, which picks up paper (A4 LEF) from up to 3 draws and the bypass tray (A5) what happens from time to time is the MFP will stop picking up from the correct draws and will only pick up from the LCT which is set as the default tray. The only way to get it to work is to turn the device on/off which fixes the problem and all prints o.k. Any ideas what could be causing this to happen? Server 2003 SP2, have uninstalled and reinstalled driver, problem is occuring on up to 5 different devices all other Ricoh devices onsite works o.k

    Hi Mate,

You did not explain if any Java apps are also installed, please advise..
    However,
Find attached the WIM PS calls for the right paper banks, not sure if you are up with this....We need not to re-map the calls, just to ensure that the paper is picked up from the right place....

    Note,
This is not a solution, only a workaround, if it works... A proper escalation should be made....
    Kindly advise....
    Regards Gennaro
