I have a Konica 8031 with a Fiery X3e+ and everything works just fine except one thing. When a one touch button is created for scanning to e-mail, FTP, etc, it shows up in the menu but as soon as the copier is restarted all the new entries disappear. The old entries stay just fine but the new ones don't. I've gone through the proccess of creating, saving and appling with no luck. Is there a battery or something that could cause this or something because I've never seen anything like this before.
