konica minolta print from DOS problem

Hi ,
I have installed printfil on a clients network running xp, 3 pc's printing through lpt1 on pc1, lpt1 is captured to printer using net use command but alerts appear only on pc1 on every print job and if not cancelled, jobs from other machines are lost, printing from a DOS application. I am only using printfil to configure margins and such, and am getting a bit confused. the error is an escape error in printfil

oops forgot to add....

they were printing (with no problems) via lpt1 on a parralel port through pc1 from 3 pcs and the new KM has no P port so is linked via network,, I was quite happy I got this working at all and now all I get is callbacks, I'm really stumped and printfil are not really any help

Try playing around with the ASCII settings within the copier to see if that makes a difference. There is also the CR/LF setting on the machine.

Try those.
