I think that I don't have the right drive installed, because, when I choose the drive to print (Toshiba 4520 drive) don't appear nothing about the impression, only to choose the drawer and the print size, I don't find where I can change the other settings.

And in the Linux Ubuntu, in this I can change almost everything but I can't find the place to put the department code. But he have a place to change the print settings, like duplex, 2 pages in one, etc, etc.

The Macs don't have the Pop-Up option available so you will need to manually enter the department code in just as 'sdrawkcab' has suggested.

The other thing to make sure is right is that the correct PPD has been selected when setting up the print queue. Often when setting the queue up, the Macs usually always change the driver from the one you want to the 'Generic Postscript' one which removes all of the copiers extra funtions from printing, which is what you need.

You MUST have the correct Toshiba PPD installed to do this, assuming you do, when you go to print, click on Copies and Pages, scroll down to Print Mode then enable Department Codes and enter the code in the box to the right, then Save

    drive Mac Toshiba

Someone knows if in one Toshiba E-studio 4520c, in a Macintosh. I can send with department codes? because in the windows drives, when I send a print, appears one window where I need to put a department code, in a Macintosh when I print something, don't appear that window.
The print goes to the machine to the invalids.
    I don't have much experience with Macintosh's...
