    Minolta Bizhub C350 print error

    Using Fiery controller. Sending a large job, lots of pictures and graphics, prints first page then a blank page then the following error report:

    ERROR: undefined resource
    OFFENDING COMMAND: find resource

    STACK:
    /colorspace
    /N460

    Any help would be appreciated.

      There is a flash rom upgrade for this machine when using the fiery controller,,,you need to make sure you have the newest version of the flash in order to use the fiery correctly.

          in the oki machines this error indicates a corrupted job. try a new document or if it id a pdf, recreate it from word an go from there.
          Does you machine have a ps and pcl driver. Have you tried both.

              You must use the Post Script driver if you dont have it installed then you must install it in order to correct the error messages.
