    Bizhub 350 Scan To HDD Problem

    I'm having problem with my Bizhub 350 because my PageScope Box Operator can't detect the machine. Machine is fine (has hard disk and connected to the network), except that I can't register it in my Box Operator. I'm using the latest Box Operator.

    PS: The Bizhub 350 that I have is different from my friend's 350. When we accessed it on WebConnection, my friend's 350 User Box menu has list of User Box, ranging from 000-099, etc. .. Mine is different because I don't have those ranges. Y is that? What version am I using?

    Try to turn on the hard Disk in Tech. Rep Mode. And if the hard disk is brand new, format the HD using Hard Disk Format in Tech Rep Mode.
