    Ricoh MP6500 - Fax Forward to EMail

    I have a customer trying to have their faxes forwarded to an e-mail on a Ricoh MP6500. The only options that seem to be available to me are Folder, Fax, and Internet Fax.

    I know I had some newer Ricoh color units (c2500) that did not have the e-mail option available until a firmware upgrade.

    Any suggestions?

      I know it sounds like stupid questions, but...

      - Is E-mail set-up on the 6500?
      - Do you have a e-mail destination in the address book?

          You should be able to forward to anything in your address book. If you can scan to email you should be able to forward to an email address.
