I have found a tab in OMD where you can e-mail a call, I have put in my e-mail address and tried sending but nothing comes through. Is there somewhere on the server where the program resides to enter an SMTP server in order for OMD to send e-mails ? We would like to e-mail service calls to techs.

we're on OMD...although I no longer have software maintenance, there is a place to setup SMTP. Also, we use texting to get our calls...depends all on the options you have with OMDComment
