    Savin 4022 scan to window 7 pro

    I am having a problem with windows 7 not wanting to connect using smb, says user name and password fail to connect. do i need to install a firmware upgrade. windows xp and vista work fine

      You can disable the requirement for needing a username and password for sharing with in the Network and Sharing console of Windows 7.
      Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.
