Konica Minolta Bizhub 350 Pagescope web connection - Cannot get it to scan to folder

Hi I successfully got the one touch button setup, but I cannot seem to use the pagescope software to install scanning to a new PC in our office. I followed the instructions, however they really did not match the look and feel of the pagescope web connection software. Can anyone help me get this working? I would really appreciate it! What I have done so far is:

Create a shared folder on the networked PC called Scans and made sure it was shared with everyone
Got the IP of both this computer and the photocopier
Logged into pagescope webconnection and clicked on Scan
exported the text file and added the user and then reinstalled it for the one touch button

And that's all I could find to get this setup. I know I'm missing something. Any help would be appreciated.
