    How to make the printer available immediately when connected to computer network ?

    Which software or methods which can be used to make computer printer servers by not having to install drivers.
    I just want to get a ip address from the servers can see the printer servers and print immediately.

      You can always pre-load the print drivers on the print server or local computers before the printer is installed onto the network.

      If there were such a program that would scan a network for new printers and then add the driver, I'd imagine it would only add generic print driver, or if the program was vendor specific, then it would add a global driver for that vendor's line of printers I'd imagine.

      Why would you need a program like this for anyway?

          You can have the systems admin write a log on script installing the printer when the user logs on to the domain.
