      Did you program the copier with the IP address of the computer with scanrouter installed?
      Why do they call it common sense?

      If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?

          Did you add the 2020 as an I/O device in Scan Router? Was the machine setup with Scan Router previously? If so it still has the connectivity to the "old" PC/server. If that's the case you should be able to input the new IP and re-add the I/O device in Scan Router
          the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.

              What OS did you install Scan Router on?

              Is this Scan Router EX or Scan Router Lite?
