I'm trying unsuccessfully to set up scan to folder, or, scan to ftp, with a 240f. Anyone done this, please share your knowledge. I think my problem is with folder path !

What would be easier would be if you could poast a screen shot of the web interface for each scan type you are doing and also tell us what is coming up in the Job History.
With these clues, we are more likely to be able to help.Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.
