Have a customer currently demoing a used AR-M455n that has it connected up to their AS/400. The problem they're having is one of the reports they are printing is coming out larger (text size) when printing to the Sharp than the other machines in the office. As far as they know its just this one report. I've had them check and make sure they're using the HP 8000 or 4000 driver and supposedly they are. Any other ideas or settings that could affect this? Their tech department is saying its not in the AS/400 but I don't see how it cannot be. Unfortunately I don't know AS/400 enough to have suggestions myself.

There is a pretty good bulletin on Sharp's IDNC site that just came out about installing a LAN printer on the AS/400 for the newer models, but I think it might be helpful for the ARM455N also.
I see that it is just one report with the problem, but the settings during installation may make a difference.
