    Pagescope Account Manager and Upper Limits - HOW?

    Please, what should I do so the Upper Limit works in Pagescope Account Manager? What am I missing?

    OpenAPI is apparently working fine, but neither the upper limit kicks in (even after a short while) neither the user counters are getting updated.

    What am I missing?

    We got one C450 and two C252 with the latest firmware.

          Anyway, sometimes the machines need to be re-managed.

          Are you also using Authentication Manager along with Account Manager? If so, make sure that the user accounts aren't part of a template that Account Manager can't manage.

          I used to have this installed on my laptop, but I don't anymore so I can't do some tests for you sorry.
          Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.
