Hi everyone
I'm hoping somebody can help with a printing problem that i have with Excel 2007. My customer is setup to print to a secured mailbox. If one user creates a Excel document on his/her computer, and then mails it to another user, when that user edits and prints the document, it prints to the original user's mailbox. Obviously the second user would think that the job didnt print and would log a service call.
I've had this problem before with Excel 2003, and at one point MS did release a hotfix for this but i cant find anything like that for 2007. The only thing that i've been able to do is suggest that whenever a user receives a excel doc from another user, they must first change printer settings and then save the doc again before printing. Naturally this is too much effort, and then of course it is without a doubt a machine fault and not the way that Excel is designed... Yeah right!!!!
Any help or advise would be really appreciated.
